Piano Concert by Jill Cottle and John Lewis

Lunchtime Concerts

We are thrilled to announce that Lunchtime Concerts are back! These well-loved concerts have disappeared from our event calendar for a couple of years due to the organiser moving overseas. Jill Cottle and John Lewis have taken the helm and will programme this monthly event. To relaunch this series, they will be taking the stage themselves!

Our doors will open at 11am so come in early and order yourself some food and a hot or cold drink from the bar. The performance will commence at 12:30pm and entry is by donation.

Jill Cottle

Jill is a registered music teacher who has been in Kerikeri since the early 1980’s.  She studied piano with Judith Clarke and Richard Mapp and been involved with many musical events in Kerikeri over the years. Her pupils have, in the past, taken part in previous lunchtime concerts and several have gone on to study piano at University level.

John Lewis

John Lewis started playing the piano while in attending school. He continued his college years in America with a degree in Music where he studied Piano, Harpsichord and Organ.

John has been at Kauri Cliffs for 18 years in the role of Guest Relations Manager. He had 20 years at the New Zealand Embassy in Washington DC.
